#Janathon Day 16 - Good intentions

The alarm was set for 6.30am with plans for a sunrise run with the husband. Good intentions and all we slept through till 8.00am, barely managing to drag my butt to work for 9.30am. 

At least I got nice and sweaty in yoga tonight, every day I'm feeling a little stronger and lifting a little easier, now only if I could work out chaturanga dandasana.
