#Janathon Day 22 - Back to the gym

Managed to escape the office for a long lunch break at Surrey Sports Park. A hour workout included warm-up on the cross trainer, weights including chest press, pull down, delt row and leg press. 

I am feeling strong and motivated, seeing the difference in my strength increase with each workout, my initial leg press sets early January maxed out at 35kg and today I pressed 3 sets of 10 at 75kg.

I finished up my workout with a short 6 minute hill climb and core work before a quick shower and dash back to the office.
