#Janathon Day 3 - Bedtime yoga

After a lovely few days socialising and relaxing with friends in Scotland, we returned today, a 7.5 hour drive plus stops left little time for exercise. A few rest stop stretches on the way and then a short and sweet bedtime yoga sequence via Youtube.

I loved this sequence on Day 29 of the 30 day yoga challenge with, why not sign up and they will send a free 10-20 minute daily yoga sequence via e-mail.
