With last nights long run clocked at well over 11.5km I have a new feeling of positivity, that sneaking thought of a 1/2 marathon is pushing forward in my mind, il have to deal with that later!
Tonight I had a great sweaty session at Surrey Sports Park, including 30 minutes combined on the Cross Trainer and the static bike and a mix of machine and free weights, feeling nice and sore!
Woo well done, my longest run has been 5k since November, I really need to push it a bit further I think!
