I am feeling strong and motivated, seeing the difference in my strength increase with each workout, my initial leg press sets early January maxed out at 35kg and today I pressed 3 sets of 10 at 75kg.
I finished up my workout with a short 6 minute hill climb and core work before a quick shower and dash back to the office.
