After yesterday's circuit training my glutes and thighs were not happy, so in totally out of the normal behaviour I thought I would have a rest (ish) day.
Of course I couldn't neglect #janathon and with #21daysofyoga on only day 2, a nice sweaty hour of Ashtanga was just what the doctor ordered.
