Another workout today at the Sports Park, following my workout plan from my lovely Instructor I completed a 8 minute high speed warm up on the cross trainer, 2 sets of 8/12 reps on Chest Press, Dips and Lat pull downs and 6 minutes on the stepper before making my way to the functional training zone for squats, plank, jumping squats and crunches.
After the gym a quick costume change for my first official #Jantastic run, as I was a little tired I only ran just shy of 4km but was happy to be out running with a friend for an overdue chat!
